Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. For custom hand-knit items, please allow an additional 5 business days for production before shipment.

We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that personalized or custom-made knits are final sale unless they arrive damaged.
How should I care for my knitwear?
To preserve the quality of our yarns, we recommend hand washing in cold water with a gentle detergent and laying the item flat to dry. Avoid wringing or hanging, as this can stretch the fibers.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it's placed?
